High concentration hydraulic pulper

Hydraulic pulper is a pulp making equipment mainly used for recycling and utilizing renewable resources such as waste paper and plastic. Its structure includes the main engine, power device, feeding device, discharging device, control device, and other parts。

The function of a hydraulic pulp mill is to pour waste paper and water in proportion into the pulp mill barrel, and the motor drives the blades of the pulp mill to rotate, continuously cutting and breaking the waste paper, making the paper into fibrous pulp under the action of water and blades, providing the required initial pulp (also known as coarse pulp) for the entire pulp production line。

The working principle of a hydraulic pulper:

Due to the rotation of the turntable, the shredded pulp board, damaged paper, and waste paper collide with the blade and are thrown to the edge of the groove, forming a horizontal vortex through the centrifugal force generated by the turntable. It rises again along the edge, then falls back onto the turntable, and then forms a negative pressure zone at the center of the groove. This cycle also forms a vertical vortex, causing the slurry to come into contact with the blade back and forth, constantly being crushed.

At the same time, due to the outward flow of the slurry thrown out by the turntable, the linear speed gradually slows down and forms a speed difference, which causes friction between the slurries and further plays a role in crushing the slurry

Advantages of hydraulic pulper:

1) It only has a loosening effect on fibers without cutting them;

2) High production efficiency, short evacuation time, and low power consumption;

3) Simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost, and small footprint;

4) Easy to operate, with a wide range of applications, capable of handling various types of waste paper and pulp paper;
