Working Principle of Stacked Screw Type Sludge Dewatering Equipment
The dehydrator body is mainly composed of a filter body and a spiral shaft, and the filter body is divided into two parts: a concentration part and a dehydration part. So, when the sludge enters the filter body, the relative movement of the fixed ring and the movable ring is used to quickly discharge the filtrate through the lamination gap, quickly concentrate, and the sludge moves towards the dehydration part. When the sludge enters the dehydration part, the space in the filter chamber continuously shrinks, and the internal pressure of the sludge continuously increases. In addition, the back pressure effect of the pressure regulator at the sludge outlet enables it to achieve efficient dehydration, while the sludge is continuously discharged outside the machine.
