The frame of this machine is all welded with steel plate box type, which is stable in whole, good in steel and beautiful in appearance. The tension and correction of forming net, blanket and dry net are in the form of electric or pneumatic, and the pressurization structure is in the form of pneumatic pressure. Driving cylinder adopts inserting gear box, drying cylinder adopts thin oil lubrication, and operating side belt expansion bearing seat. Rolling bearings are used in all rolls, which improves the service life of paper machine, reduces energy consumption and reduces equipment maintenance.
The dynamic balance grade of all rolls is G2.5, and the frame is designed and manufactured at 1200 m/min speed. All welding and casting parts of the machine are treated with internal stress relief, sand blasting, pickling, rust removal and paint corrosion protection.
