Working Principle

Annular rubber drainage belt has high tensile strength and long service life.
An annular friction belt is arranged between the vacuum box and the adhesive tape, which is sealed and lubricated with water, which can maintain a high vacuum and reduce the friction of the rubber belt. The belt adopts mandrel sealing idler or water film support to reduce the running resistance and prolong the service life of the belt.
Vacuum drainage adopts various methods such as free drop type (high-level drainage), automatic drainage type (zero position drainage) and so on to meet the requirements of various working conditions. The overall structure adopts modular design, which can be assembled flexibly and is convenient for transportation and installation.
DCS technology is applied in the control system, which can realize on-site and remote automatic control.
