Working Principle

1. At the beginning of work, the filter plate immersed in the slurry tank forms a thick particle accumulation layer on the surface of the filter plate under the action of vacuum, and the filtrate is filtered through the filter plate to the distribution head and reaches the vacuum barrel.
2. In the drying area, the filter cake continues to dehydrate under vacuum until it meets the production requirements.
3. After the filter cake is dried, it is scraped off by a scraper in the unloading area and directly slipped to the fine sand tank or transported to the required place by belt.
4. The discharged filter plate finally enters the backwashing area, and the filtered water enters the filter plate through the distribution head. The filter plate is backwashed, and the particles blocked on the micropores are backwashed. So far, the filtration operation cycle of one circle is completed.
5. Ultrasonic cleaning: the filter medium works circularly for a certain period of time, generally 8 to 12 hours. At this time, in order to ensure that the micropores of the filter plate are unobstructed, ultrasonic cleaning and chemical cleaning are combined, generally 45 to 30 minutes
For 60 minutes, make some solid objects attached to the filter plate that cannot be backwashed completely separate from the filter medium, so as to ensure high efficiency of restart.
